Curricula Fidelity & Modification Resources

Curricula taught in the SNAP-Ed program are taught with fidelity to the original lesson materials. Here you will find general information and guidelines about implementing curricula with fidelity. For specific information about each curriculum, please refer to the individual curricula pages and their respective Fidelity Checklists. If you have additional questions, please contact Rose Jepson-Sullivan or Stephanie Russell.

Please note the following updates to the Curriculum Modification webinar information:

Documentation of Modifications

  • You will not need to document GREEN modifications.

Additional Activities: Documentation

  • Additional Activities no longer need to be recorded as separate sessions if they are done during the same visit/time slot as a lesson – this is the case whether the activity is added before, during, or after a session. For example, if you teach lesson 3 of Kids in the Kitchen and add a BEPA 2.0 activity – you can document these in the same session.
